I AM BACK!!!! I will be posting more often now that I am back training for another Half Ironman. This will help keep me honest in my training. My mileage for last week:
Swimming: 3750 meters
Cycling: 5hrs 15 min on trainer
Running:15.5 miles
I had a great 1st week and everything feels good! I am excited for what should be a great race with an outstanding PR.
